Real estate. Solved.
Legal information, not legal advice.
Before you continue
Please read this in full. You will need to accept it before using the assistant.
Not a law firm, and not legal advice
Schaeppi.ai is a legal information and document automation tool. It is not a law firm and it does not practice law. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship with Minnesota Landlord Law PLLC, with Brad Schaeppi, or with anyone else.
What you are purchasing
Any documents or subscriptions you buy here are software services provided by Schaeppi.ai LLC. Forms provided by MN Landlord Forms LLC via agreement to Schaeppi.ai LLC. You are not purchasing legal services, and no attorney-client privilege applies to what you enter into this service.
What the assistant can and cannot tell you
The assistant provides objective legal information. It can summarize what Minnesota statutes and Minneapolis ordinances say, describe how housing court proceedings generally work, and reference what courts have looked for in published decisions.
It cannot apply the law to your particular situation, recommend a course of action, predict how a court would rule, or tell you whether your evidence is sufficient. If you ask it to do those things, it will decline and offer to connect you with a licensed attorney.
You remain responsible for the documents
Documents are prepared from attorney-drafted templates using the information you provide. The accuracy of that information is your responsibility, and incorrect or incomplete details can make a notice ineffective. You should review every document before using it, and you may wish to have a licensed attorney review it.
Representing yourself
By continuing, you acknowledge that you are representing yourself, or that you are using these forms alongside your own legal counsel, and that you are not relying on Schaeppi.ai for legal advice.
Coverage at this time: Minnesota landlord-tenant law. City-specific requirements are currently on file for Minneapolis only. If your property is in another Minnesota city, the assistant works from state law and will not know that city's additional local requirements, which does not mean that city has none.
